Mile High Guarantee:

We are extremely confident that the quality and craftsmanship of our products will stand up to a lifetime of use. All of our products come with the "Mile High Guarantee". This lifetime warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship forever. In the rare event that you need something repaired, please fill out our online product repair form and an MHM representative will get back to you within 2 business days. 

**This warranty does not include normal wear and tear resulting from negligence or abuse. Please also note that issues relating to malfunctioning zippers are, in most cases, due to negligence and abuse and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. 

Return, Repair and Cancellation Policy:

Any unused, unwashed or defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after the date shipped. Please note that the hangtags must still be attached to the product to be considered new. We will only refund products that are in new condition and sent back within the first 30 days from when the product was shipped. We will refund shipping charges only if the merchandise is defective, or if we made a mistake in the shipment of your order.

A product may be returned for repair at any time if defective or damaged. A third party repair business will assess the returned defective or damaged product and determine if it is covered by our lifetime warranty. If the third party repair business deems the product defective then MHM will repair or replace the product. If the third party repair business deems the product was damaged due to negligence, abuse or normal wear and tear then the customer be given the option to cover the repair or replacement costs. MHM will NOT pay for the repair or replacement costs of products damaged due to negligence, abuse or normal wear and tear. 

**We will not accept packs that have not been thoroughly cleaned.

At this time, MHM only processes returns and does not offer exchanges. If you desire to make an exchange, the merchandise must be returned and a new order must be placed.

The credit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the return amount. Once a return is received by it may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your credit card statement. If you would like to process a return, please send an email to orders@mhmgear.com with the following information: 
• Order or receipt number 
• Date the order was shipped from MHM 
• Returned items must be unused and unwashed in new condition unless a defective claim is being made. 
• Model Name and Style 
• Color of the item(s).

You will then receive an e-mail with instructions on the return shipping process within 2 business days.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

PAYMENT

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
