Shipping & Returns
We offer ground and 2 Day (2 business days) shipping to our customers. We also offer standard International shipping to nearly anywhere in the world. Please note we do charge shipping on all international orders. All orders placed after 11 AM MST on Friday and over the weekend will not be be processed until the following Monday. Our free shipping offer excludes any pro-deal orders and sale promotions regardless of total.
FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will always stand by the quality of our products, and hope that you will love your new gear. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges. From the time you place your order, you’ll have a risk free 60 day period to decide if your purchase works for you. If it doesn’t, please fill out a request form on our website within the 60 day period and you’ll be sent a pre-paid return label within 2 business days that can be used for returns or exchanges.
In order for an item to be eligible for an exchange or refund, the product must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached).
When sending an exchange or return, please make sure that you:
- Use the original packaging if possible.
- Include the packing slip and order confirmation (if possible) that accompanied your order.
- Slap the shipping label we’ll send you in on the box and we’ll get it in a few days!
Products can be returned up to 60 days after purchase.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your account will be credited for the original amount paid, less any shipping charges. For exchanges, you will be responsible for any difference in price between items returned and new items requested if the cost of the latter is greater.
It may take 5-7 business days for your bank to process the returned amount back to the card you used for your purchase.
